MANAGEMENT CAMPUS

The institution is located in the serene environs of Panchsheel colony, near PAC on Ramghat road just 40KM away from holy river Ganga. The campus is spread in 10 acres having lust green environment with world class infrastructure having 4G WiFi campus including spacious well equipped class rooms, well design and furnished auditorium, well stocked library, modernized computer lab & language labs and laboratories. College also have IGNOU study center. Institution is putting unflinched efforts to provide the best facilities for the attainment of quality Management & Technical Education. The Institution which started with 4 Undergraduate courses with 50 intakes has grown into a big group of institution with 5 different Colleges. The Institution conducted Decennial Celebrations during curricular, co- Curricular and extra Curricular activities without hindrance to the regular class work.

  • Cultural & Literary Activities : The Cultural & Literary Activities were conducted in Various events on different days
  • Sports & Games: As a part of Decennial Celebrations, Tournaments were conducted in sports & games for staff as well as students.
  • Conferences: A Two-day and one day conference were conducted by college inviting eminent professors from IITs, research organizations and universities.
  • Alumni Meet: Efforts were made to contact all the old students of this institution who are serving with in and out side the country.
  • Industry Visit : Institute conduct various industry visit to several MNC and National companies like Coca Cola, Yakult, Jindel steel, STPC Noida and many more.
  • Excursion Tour: For betterment of Personality college conduct various excursion tour to various state like Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Rajsthan, Punjab.

 

 

SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT

Department of Management Studies of IIMT, Aligarh offers cutting-edge postgraduate and undergraduate programs in management for students to transform them into promising future leaders.

Major strength of the department is highly qualified faculty members, expert in their respective domain and having vast industry and academic experience. Large of their experience is available to the students, wherein the subject topics are delivered as real life case studies. Apart from teaching, these faculty members are actively engaged in research activities like organizing conferences, workshops, sponsored projects and consultancy. The department has also organized number of FDPs, and PDPs in collaboration with Aligarh Muslim University.

Besides the MBA & BBA program in Management, the department also offers two year full time PGDM at PG level with specialization in functional areas like Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, International Business & Information technology.

The Management program model combines a traditional but highly focused curriculum with a “shadow curriculum” of additional workshops, seminars & developing small-group learning experiences that are immersive, field-based, and action-oriented. We expect our students to immerse themselves entirely during the program duration.

This immersion keeps them constantly moving from classroom to the field which sends a valuable signal to employers. Our programs not only deliver strong knowledge of traditional functions like finance, marketing, strategy etc. but also impart intangible personal skills – ability to use data in a persuasive manner, lead teams & projects effectively and make an immediate impact. Normal teaching theory in traditional classroom setting alone cannot produce graduates with such intangible skills.

Management programmes use a variety of teaching methods to help the students to develop the skills they need to become an effective global business leader.

Teaching emphasis is on practical training which takes place in the form of structured lectures and case discussions and sometimes in conjunction with tutorials or workshops.
