This Institute was established in the year 2000 by Manas Seva Samiti, a society formed under the guidance and inspiration of Dr. D.S. Mahalwar, an educationist of repute, primarily as an international Social Center to provide education to the students of Aligarh and neighboring areas of U.P. as well as other states.
