About the Course
M.Sc. (Physics) is a full-time 2-year program that aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental concepts of Physics. Physics is concerned with studying the universe from the smallest to the most significant scale. The language of physics is mathematics: formulating physical theories sometimes requires new mathematical structures. Physics is a fundamental science and a practical subject. Much medical imaging, nanotechnology, and quantum computing techniques are derived from physics instrumentation. Even the World Wide Web was a spin-off from high-energy particle physics’s information processing and communications requirements.
The candidate should have completed B. Sc. in relevant faculty or discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
